Happy Birthday Maddie....

.... 2 months late.... I have been meaning to post pictures of Maddie's birthday! Maddie turned 1 on April 11th! We got her a doggie cupcake which she seemed to like, and I got a few pictures of her with her bow in before she tore it up!

Big News....

It has been a busy past few weeks, we have had a lot of things going on, and a lot of change. Our big news... we have bought a house. It happened very fast, in fact we looked at it on a Thursday and the owners took our second offer on that Friday. We feel very blessed and excited about our new home. We close on June 8th (a lot sooner than we thought) but this will give us a good time to paint and get things set up before we have to be out of our apartment in the beginning of August. We are located about 3 miles North of our apartment now, still in Lewisville! We are looking forward to getting it all set up. I just got back in from Boston from taking my certification test, it was very difficult but I am hoping I did okay, I will hear back in about 6-8 weeks, which means a summer of torture... ha ! We got there on Wednesday and took the test Thursday so from there on we enjoyed the city! It was a lot of fun, we went to Harvard, did the Freedom Trail and of course did some shopping. Jeff has been busy getting ready for all his summer travels, we have enjoyed the past few weeks of him being home. I am not sure if he has been home this consistent since we got married, so we are enjoying it! We have a busy few weekends coming up but we are looking forward to them since it means that we are getting closer to Myrtle Beach vacation. We can not wait to see everyone and spend a week with family! We will post more pictures of the house soon once we have closed!
